Stella became more and more skilled in using magic and that also included illusions. She had mainly just changed her hair or eye color before and even though she got good at that, it wasn’t all that useful. Jenna had grown up with her ‘girl illusion’ which was needed at a certain time of the month (and especially when being outside in the moonlight). She WAS a girl, but sometimes not totally; there might stick out a hairy ear or sharp teeth. Well, you know the common problems of werewolves! Jenna hid these with an illusion fitting to the rest of her body. Crumble didn’t actually need a disguise since a cat wasn’t THAT extraordinary but he learned how to change his fur color and used this to fool the others when he felt like it. On a trip together or on a city evening he would disappear and later on wait for them laying somewhere on a wall looking different so they would walk by him, unsuspectingly and not paying attention. And NOW was the time for Ninja-Crumble to surprise them and look at their funny faces.
Oh yes, being a cat could be much fun! Especially being a magic cat.

Jenna looked straight into Mira’s eyes and walked through her to a shelf on the other side. Later, Mira and Stella concluded it must have been similar to the fact that magicians also couldn’t visit other spirits and only felt the basic magic. The day at the library had been very excited and Clemens, Jenna, Crumble and Stella were all very satisfied with what they had found out. Even Crumble had got himself some books for research and laid on one of the pillows as they were very comfy. Everyone was wondering what Clemens might have looked up because he seemed to know everything there was but he kept himself busy with books just as long as the others did. Maybe he just checked out the ‘Sexiest Magicians of the Year – Women’, who knows?
Tonight, Stella also visited Mira in her staff to tell her the way home had been fine and she was happy to meet the girl in the library. When she entered Mira’s world, she couldn’t find the bed on the grass, but a whole little house! It looked like only one room and Mira was happily waving from a front window. Even if I’m not yet happy when coming here, Mira will make sure I’m going home with a smile, Stella thought. She honestly couldn’t have found a better spirit.
They were talking for a while and when Stella left, she saw the girl waving from the window again. Only when Mira turned to the living-room again, she looked at the table and was surprised: there was a miniature magician and a shirt of the White Library!

Mira felt great relief when she knew it was Stella who had come in. She explained to her that it wasn’t certain what would happen if a device’s spirit (like herself) met other people than the owner of said device. Mira had never heard anything about that and Stella neither. Yet almost everyone was using staffs and such, there was only little known about the natural magic and the spirit in it. Mira didn’t want to meet the others at this point so Stella made sure they stayed away from the little room and asked the great book for answers about this problem. Before, she got Mira some new books because she was a bit annoyed by all the magical talking to plants. When Stella asked the great book, it got her a bit of literature about the spirits themselves, but the direct answer was not to be found.
That’s why they decided to keep Mira in the separate room just to make sure and until they would find a clue or anything. All of them were reading books on interesting topics in the comfortable reading corners and were amazed by this building.
There even were toilets in this building (had to be since you could easily spend hours and hours there); at one point, Mira wanted to quickly use these toilets and quietly walked from her room into the direction. When she was just one bookshelf away, there suddenly appeared someone on her right and Jenna looked straight into Mira’s eyes.

Suddenly there had been this door floating above the ground and what else could she have done but walk through? The view from inside was simply AMAZING and with her newly awakened passion for books this building was a DREAM! She kept walking around admiring the beauty until there suddenly was the sound of the main doors opening and people talking. Quickly she rushed into a little room and found herself trapped with books about the Magic of Talking to Plants. Oh, great…
After a little while she carefully looked outside the room in the main hall and noticed the White Library’s soul, the Book of All Magic, picking out books for the people, everyone seemed to have a whole list of things they wanted to read about. And now she couldn’t get to her door leading back home because they were blocking the way! She closed the little room’s door again and started reading a book. Some time later, she had already learned how to talk politely to roses, sun flowers and tulips. This might come in handy some day… well, probably not.
All of a sudden, the door was pulled open and she turned around in shock, fearing whoever might stand in the door. “What are you doing here?”, she heard Stella’s voice, “I didn’t expect you! But I am glad to see you, Mira!”

The White Library was filled with books from the bottom to the top. If you were looking for a 32 page essay about the magic essence of happiness you would surely find it here! Basically, you could find ANYTHING here if it was useful and about magic. The long floors didn’t seem to have an end and there were magic candles every few meters to create a warm and safe feeling, which was well underlined by inviting reading corners where you could find sofas and pillows to prepare for a long time in magic literature.
Since nobody really knew for sure where to start, they headed to the middle of the building which was emitting a bright light. Finally arriving there (after several ‘OH!’s and ‘AH!’s) they found a large book on a massive stand. The light came right out of the book and it was open! When looking even closer, the group noticed these rays consisted of letters floating from the book and swirling into every direction, just like light itself. On the ground in front of the book there was a circle drawn INTO the ground, a huge point directly in the middle of the building.
Stella carefully stepped on it and the letters from the book formed a sentence in the air: “Table of Contents. We will get you any book you need. You just have to ask!”
Now that sounded promising…
